We are switching many of our clients to QBO.  The QBO Essentials gives you 3 users (plus 2 more for your Bookkeeper & Accountant).   Access your books from anywhere you have strong internet access.  You can use a MAC or PC…………even an ipad or phone.

It is subscription based, so be aware that if you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to your data.  If you are closing your business, you will need to export your data to Excel so you have data history in case of an audit.

You also need one subscription per company, so if you have multiple companies, it may be best to stick to the desktop version.

We can even convert your QuickBooks or Sage 50(Simply) Desktop data to the QBO version.  Be careful of this as well.  Sometimes it’s nice to start fresh with balances forward.  You don’t want to convert a messy set of data, or history that is obsolete (old customers, vendors etc).
